Our friend Lauren from Landmark Homes joined us recently to talk a little bit about some of their newest properties. Landmark Homes is a semi-custom home builder native to the middle Tennessee area. They have been building for almost 30 years in places like Nashville, Lebanon, and Murfreesboro. Today, however, we want to focus on one of their communities in particular: Master’s View.
All of the homes in Master’s View share some absolutely fantastic features, including:
- All-brick exterior
- Hardwood floors in the main living areas
- Nine-foot ceilings on the first floor
- Granite countertops in the kitchen
- Marble countertops in the bathrooms
- 2-car garage
- Low HOA fees.
The homes that are currently being built in Master’s View range in size from 2,000 to 3,000 sq ft. Prices start in the low-to-mid $300,000 range. There are two homes right now that are move-in ready and two that will be move-in ready soon. There are about 10 sites left in this community and the build process takes about six months if you start from scratch.

Master’s View is located only 4.5 miles from Providence Shopping Center. You have the convenience of restaurants and shopping without the traffic and congestion of living in Providence. It’s a quiet, idyllic community that feels like it’s more in the country than the city.
