Kevin Picado

Born and raised in Port St. Lucie, Florida, with roots in Nicaragua and El Salvador, Kevin has been living in Portland since 2018. Growing up around his father’s construction business, he developed a passion for real estate at an early age. That experience gave him deep knowledge and understanding of how homes are built, and now uses that knowledge in his work as a real estate agent. Kevin takes great pride in helping families achieve their real estate goals, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing. The most rewarding part of the job is knowing he can make a positive impact in their lives by offering sound advice and support through every step of the process. In addition to real estate, Kevin is fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows him to serve a diverse range of clients. Outside of work, he enjoys playing the drums and piano, staying active through soccer, and spending quality time with family.
