Carrie Gatlin

As a Realtor I hope to be a catalyst for my neighbors to help them build a sense of community; eliminate stress in the home buying and selling experience; to make certain the process goes smoothly from beginning to end; and to inspire awareness, empathy for others and action throughout the community building process.

After spending 32 years overseeing homeless services for various missions, I retired from my position as Vice President of Ministries for Nashville Rescue Mission in March 2023. I spent many rewarding years coming alongside people whose lives had been shattered by homelessness, trauma, addiction and mental health crisis and have experienced firsthand the impact a home [or lack thereof] can make on a person’s quality of life.

I was honored to be a part of building many shelters, group homes and affordable housing projects, over my career. A home, to me, is not just 4 walls to shelter us from the elements, but it is a place where we find community, and share our dreams~hopes~passions with those we love. We need each other in order to prosper.
