Charity Van De Griek
Though originally from the quaint bayside town of Fairhope, Alabama, Charity has called Middle Tennessee home for over 20 years! Initially relocating to work in the music industry, Charity continued to be drawn to a career in real estate. Having moved more than 30 times herself, Charity not only understands, but helps clients navigate the stress and excitement of nesting and re-nesting! She loves matchmaking people to houses and specializes in listing preparation that ensures her clients' current home shines for its next owners. Charity is particularly effective assisting clients with decluttering and downsizing, such as empty nesters or 55+ transitions. This, combined with her cool-headed approach to negotiations, facilitates a win-win for both the seller and buyer!
Outside of helping her clients' move feel effortless, you'll find Charity, her husband, Bill, and their family boating on Tennessee's beautiful lakes or vacationing along the southern coast. Additionally, they love watching their son, Jacob, play sports and are currently proud supporters of the Mt. Juliet Little League and West Wilson Basketball Association.
