Grant Gaines

Grant Gaines is proud to call Middle Tennessee home. Originally from Mt. Juliet, Grant has lived all over the region, learning to appreciate everything Middle TN has to offer and becoming a local expert along the way. Leaving a career behind at the world-famous Honky Tonks on Nashville’s Lower Broadway, Grant made the switch to real estate just over a year ago and has been loving it ever since. Being a relationship-driven individual, Grant finds great reward in getting to work with clients one-on-one to help them achieve their homeownership dreams. Whether working with a first-time homebuyer or a group of investors looking for their next project, Grant ensures all his clients walk away from the closing table feeling like a winner. 

When not in the office or servicing his clients, Grant is a family man. A husband and father of two young children, Grant loves getting to do anything that involves getting out and spending time with the family.
