Heather Wiggins

Raised in Hendersonville, Heather is a Middle Tennessee native who knows the housing market well! Through obtaining her business degree in Marketing and Management from The University of Louisville, she learned the value of creating long-term relationships with her clients. After 2 and a half years in real estate, Heather has become an expert at utilizing her business skills in order to negotiate and ensure a streamlined process for each person she works with. Meeting new people and serving as a knowledgeable resource for them has quickly become Heather's favorite part of being an Agent!

After being a part of The Huffaker Group for over 2 years, Heather took on a leadership role as our new Hendersonville Expansion Partner, where she will be leading our Hendersonville location and continuing to help Sumner County and the surrounding communities to achieve their real estate goals. Heather's specialties in real estate include working with first-time home buyers and knowing each step of the buying process well. She even won Buyer's Agent of The Year in 2020 on our team! When not servicing her clients, you can find her going on hikes, trying out new restaurants, and exploring Downtown Nashville!
