Bethany is passionate about changing lives through Real Estate. After moving to Nashville to attend Lipscomb University, she pursued a career in teaching. Quickly realizing that she desired a more competitive career she joined Keller Williams, focusing on creating the smoothest onboarding and recruiting experience. As Director of Talent Acquisition, her goal is similar as she finds new talent and provides a seamless transition for them onto The Huffaker Group team. She remains passionate about helping people find careers worth having, and lives worth living.
